REFERENCE NO. 17 OF 2023 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE V. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s State action through the Honourable Mr. Justice Alem Visram of condemning the Applicant to pay costs in Milimani High Court Civil Case Number 813 of 2007 was contrary to contrary to rules of natural justice and contrary to Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
