REFERENCE NO. 21 OF 2021 MALE H. MABIRIZI K. KIWANUKA v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Applicant alleges that the actions and decisions of the Respondent State through  Ruby Opio-Aweri, Faith Mwondha, Paul Mugamba, Percy Night Tuhaise, Mike Chebita – Justices of Supreme Court of Uganda, Uganda Supreme Court Support Staff and Uganda Police Officers attached to the Uganda Supreme Court on 11^th May, 2021 in relation to Uganda Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 13 of 2018 Male H. Mabirizi K. Kiwanuka v. The Kabaka of Uganda are unlawful and infringements on the fundamental and operational principles of the Community, to wit, good governance including adherence to the principles of democracy, the rule of law, accountability, transparency and the maintenance of the universally accepted standards of human rights as guaranteed under the Treaty and the convention of the principles and provisions enshrined in the Common Market Protocol
