REFERENCE NO. 22 OF 2021 HELP A CHILD FACE TOMORROW & ANOTHER v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA & ANOTHER

The Applicants allege that the Respondents directive, decision and action ordering the cancellation of the temporary licences to engage in medical and dental practices that permits the 1^st Applicant’s employees, including the 2^nd Applicant on account of their nationality is discriminatory and violation of the Applicant’s fundamental human right and freedoms therefore an infringement of Article 7 , 7(2) of the Treaty and that the Respondent are liable for the loss and damage suffered by the Applicants as a consequence of the termination of the Teaming agreement.
