REFERENCE NO. 33 OF 2022 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE T/A O.P NGOGE & ASSSOCIATES ADVOCATES v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that act of the Respondent State through the Hon. Mr. Justice Fred Ochieng of the High Court of dismissing a Chamber Summons application for Revocation of the Grant dated 15th day of October 2021, with costs in favour Mr. Antone Udida Oyugi without it being opposed by Mr. Antone Udida himself despite service of the same upon him was in contravention of Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
