REFERENCE NO. 52 OF 2021 HUMFREY MACKORI NYAGOE v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s act through the learned Judge Hon. Lady Justice Maureen Onyango on the 12^th November 2021 of wrongly computing his terminal dues, under assessing general damages and the award of interest thereof contravened the rule of law and the universal Principles of Human Rights which governs the East African Community and therefore in contravention of articles 6 and 7 of the Treaty for the Establishment of East African Community.
