REFERENCE NO. 25 OF 2021 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant contends that the decision by the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights declaring the Applicants Communications inadmissible which was done in Banjul-The Gambia during its 27^th Extra Ordinary Session held from 19th February to March 2019 was rendered unfairly with bias without giving the Applicant a fair hearing and therefore subverts Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
