MABIRIZI K.KIWANUKA V KYAGULANYI SSENTAMU ROBERT, (1) To proceed with the case in absence of the accused person, (2) to grant advocates purporting to represent the accused audience in absence of their purported client without the accused pleading guilty in writing, (3) allowing the Resident State Attorney to take over the case in absence of the accused, without the advancing any reason for takeover. The 13th August 2021 appointment of Justice Luswata Kawuma Eva and Gashirabake Christopher as Justices of Uganda Court of Appeal as well as Chemutai Tom, Lawrence Tweyanze, Wagona Vincent, Alice Komuhangi and Nakacwa Florence as Judges of the High Court of Uganda, by Yoweri K. Museven holding out as the President of The Republic of Uganda , all in all are unlawfully and amount to infringement of Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for The Establishment of the East African Community.
