Summary | The Applicant alleges that the melody of the National Anthem of the South Sudan was produced by the Applicant and he incurred several expenses in the production of the melody, there was no monetary support given to him during the process of the production by the Government of South Sudan or any compensation for the intellectual property rights in the melody , the Applicant alleges that he contracted several government officials with intend to meet the President of the Republic of South Sudan but was ignored by the officials of the Republic of South Sudan, therefore infringement Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for The Establishment of East African Community.
