REFERENCE NO. 30 OF 2022 MALE H. MABIRIZI K. KIWANUKA v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Applicant alleges that, the actions of the Respondent State appointing 15 persons as Acting Judges; denying the Applicant access to the latest wealth declaration forms of Judge Ssekaana Musa; refusal by Uganda Prisons Service to deliver the Applicant to Arusha Tanzania to enable him to attend the hearing of East African Court of Justice First Instance Division; the decision of Buganda Road Court of Magistrate Grade 1 declining to summon the officer in charge Luzira Maximum Security Prison Upper; discontinuation of Entebbe court criminal application No. 23 of 2021 instituted by the Applicant without leave of the court and without any application for consent of the court to withdrawn being heard and determined; dismissal of Miscellaneous Cause No. 95 of 2021 on the ground that the Applicant had failed to pay Marriage Act fees; dismissal of Civil Suit No. 36 of 2022 are unlawful and infringement of Articles 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
