REFERENCE NO. 6 OF 2022 NABUTELE GORDON v. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA

The Applicant alleges that the Respondent’s act through his agents, the Solicitor General of 7th august 2019 making a legal opinion that advised Inzu Ya Msaaba that Babukusu should not get involved in any activities of Bagisu and referring to Babukusu of Kenya as foreigners while they are recognized members of Inzu under the constitution of Inzu Ya Msaaba that has caused a conflict within the Bagisu contravenes with article 5, 7(2), 23 and 119 of The Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
