REFERENCE NO. 19 OF 2023 PETER ODIWUOR NGOGE V. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF KENYA

The Applicant alleges that the actions of the African Commission on Human & Peoples’ Rights of rendering against him in Communication No. 485 of 2014 which was arbitrarily merged with Communication No. 535 of 2015 before declaring his said communications inadmissible at its 74th Ordinary Private Session was contrary to the rules of natural justice and without according him a hearing in contravention of the Constitution of Kenya and contrary to the Bangalore principles of judicial conduct and in contravention of Article 6(d) and 7(2) of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community.
